Ex-Benue gov Suswam declares for Senate under APC

A former Benue State Governor, Senator Gabriel Suswam, has formally declared his intention to contest for the Benue North-East Senatorial District seat in the 2027 general elections on the platform of the All Progressives Congress.

Suswam stated this on Monday during an interview on Arise TV.

Recall that the former governor had, in February, announced his defection from the Peoples Democratic Party to the ruling party, although the PDP claimed he had effectively left the party long ago.
